Individual Therapy
Initial Intake Session:
$150 for 75 minutes
Continuing Sessions:
$130 for 50 minutes
Insurance
The only insurance I accept at this time is Oregon Health Plan (OHP) CareOregon/Health Share for single case agreements.
I do not accept other forms of insurance, but am able to provide a superbill upon request.
